Fried Egg & Becon Sandwich Recipe

An Egg and Bacon Sandwich is certainly not for those of you on a healthy or low calorie diet, but provides those of us who have no diet to worry about. Egg and Bacon Sandwiches can be quite filling and should be served as small meal, rather than a snack. With hot crispy bacon and a running egg, you are sure to enjoy the good old Fried Egg and Bacon Sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Slices of White Bread
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 4 Rashes of Bacon

Instructions:

  1. Lay one piece of bread on your chopping board and start to fry 4 rashes of bacon in the pan.
  2. When bacon is starting to look just about ready, crack open an egg and fry it with the bacon until egg is cooked.
  3. Now add your 4 rashers of bacon on the bread (the secret to a good bacon sandwich is a thick layer of bacon). Thoroughly drain the fried egg and add on top of bacon. Burst the egg yolk so it runs all over the sandwich.
  4. Use Tomatoes Ketchup if you desire.
